Section 41A
No Transaction Relating To The Insurance Business Shall Be Operated With others Than The Insurer
No person or corporate body shall operate any
transaction relating to the Insurance Business with other person or corporate body than the Insurer having the Certificate of Registration pursuant to this Act.
